Decide what the exhibition is about. It should be something informative and specific - for example - World War II is too big - narrow down to a specific tank or battle.

The audience is made up of visitors with at least a high-school education

The budget is unlimited - however practicality, feasibility and real-world limitations are not. Include any historically relevant artifact in the exhibit.
